A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE APPLICATION FOR VILLAGE USE OF MOTOR VEHICLE LICENSE TAX FUNDS AKA PERMISSIVE TAX FUNDS HELD BY WAYNE COUNTY AUDITOR FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE VILLAGE OF SHREVE FOR AN ASPHALT PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO RETAIN AND HIRE ALBATROSS ASPHALT TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
