Village of Shreve Water & Wastewater Treatment
For residents who live within the Village of Shreve, we provide clean and safe drinking water and handle the wastewater treatment as well. Questions regarding pricing, water shut-offs, water turn-ons, payments, and disputes can initially be handled by our team members at the Village Hall. You may contact the Village Hall at 330-567-2601. Please note that our team members do not have the authority to remove late fees, such requests should be submitted to the Mayor via email at mayor@shrevevillagehall.org. The Mayor will then be able to present your request at the next Village Council Meeting.

BACKFLOW Prevention & Cross-Contamination
Each year, businesses are required to complete backflow testing by June 30th of each year. An information packet is mailed out by the Village of Shreve Administration each year containing all of the information and forms you will need, including a copy of the Village Ordinance, survey, and more.
