PUBLIC COMMENT RULES
Unless specifically invited to speak by the Mayor, any person desiring to speak on any matter pertinent to municipal affairs may do so during the public comment time at a Shreve Village Council Meeting. The intended comment topic(s) must be submitted in a legible written format using the downloadable PDF linked below to Village Hall no later than 4:00 p.m. on the Friday prior to the meeting at which they intend to make comment. Comment topics may be personally delivered or mailed to Shreve Village Hall, 150 W. McConkey Street, Ohio, or emailed to mayor@shrevevillagehall.org, or by completing the webform below.
Public comment shall be limited to a five-minute time limit per speaker. Said time limit may be extended by the Mayor. An individual making comment must state his or her name and address before stating his or her comments.
