June 18 & July 16  @ 6pm | Shreve Public Library | Community Reinvestment Area (CRA) Community Meetings


 The Village of Shreve is pleased to announce a public information meeting to discuss the benefits and opportunities provided by the Community Reinvestment Area (CRA) program. This initiative, established by the State of Ohio, aims to encourage economic development through property tax exemptions for renovations and new constructions within designated areas.


The CRA program is designed to promote revitalization and economic growth by offering property tax incentives for property owners who enhance their properties through renovation or engage in new construction activities. This meeting will provide residents, property owners, and business leaders with detailed information about the program’s benefits, eligibility criteria, and application process.

Public Notice – Road Closure Update | Village of Shreve This is an update to the March 14 notice regarding road closures due to storm damage and downed utility lines. The majority of previously affected roads have been reopened. Wells Street remains closed at this time while AEP Ohio and Brightspeed continue repair work on the damaged utility pole. Residents and motorists are asked to continue avoiding Wells Street and to use alternate routes until further notice. An additional update will be issued once the street has been cleared and reopened. The Village appreciates the patience and cooperation of our residents. Shreve Village Hall
