Community Water Billing Notice

The Village of Shreve would like to inform residents that an issue has been identified affecting the calculation of some water bills.

Village staff have reviewed the matter and confirmed the source of the error. We are actively working to implement the necessary correction within the billing system. Once the correction process is fully completed, all affected accounts will be updated, and a follow-up notice will be issued to inform residents that the fix has been implemented.

At this time, no action is required from residents. Any necessary adjustments or credits will be applied automatically once the correction is finalized.
